Switches: with the switch block UP, switches go from left to right from 1 to 0

0 = down
1 = up

1, 2 Mode (since we don't use electronic iris lenses, SW2 should always be ON.

0, 0 = Electronic Iris (the electronic iris connector, J1, is not used or connected. 
1, 0 = Electronic iris EIA 1/100 to 1/100,000 (J1 not used) 
0, 1 = Shutter selected by SW3, SW4 and SW5 
1, 1 = 1/60 sec fixed shutter speed

NB EIA video is two interlaced fields of ~1/60 sec for a frame rate of 29.97 fps

3, 4, 5  Fixed shutter speeds

0, 0, 0 = 1/100     sec
1, 0, 0 = 1/250     sec
0, 1, 0 = 1/500     sec
1, 1, 0 = 1/1,000   sec
0, 0, 1 = 1/2,000   sec
1, 0, 1 = 1/5,000   sec
0, 1, 1 = 1/10,000  sec
1, 1, 1 = 1/100,000 sec


6, 7 Backlight Compensation (may be used for imaging stars near Luna)

0, 0 = Whole          (AGC photometry of whole image)
1, 0 = Lower          (AGC photometry of just the bottom part of the image) 
0, 1 = Center         (AGC Photometry of just the center 1/9 of the image) 
1, 1 = Lower + Center (AGC photometry of the above 2 together)


SW8 Gamma (the camera's CCD signal to video out transfer function) 
0 = 0.45 (gives apparent linear display on a CRT monitor)
1 = 1.0  (linear amplification of pixel values - best for scientific data collection, i.e., photometry)


SW9 AGC
0 = AGC On.  With this setting and a mostly black image, the video gain will go up to the AGC limit set by SW0. 
	         The sensitivity and noise will be at a maximum.
1 = AGC Off. The AGC gain is set to a fixed intermediate value and with less noise too.


SW0 AGC Mode (Controls the AGC Gain limit)
0 = AGC Low. Limits the AGC gain to ~22db for less video noise but lower sensitivity.
1 = AGC Hi.  The AGC gain can go to the maximum of 32 db.


For most uses with the unmodified camera you want to set the switches like this: 
1100000001 i.e., 1/60 sec, gamma at 0.45, AGC on, AGC limit Hi.
